Frequently asked questions
Is SwapRound free?
Yes. Anyone can list, browse, and trade for free. Round+ is an optional membership ($6.99/month) that adds Neighbor Points and a flat $1.49 Safety & Platform Fee instead of the free-tier fee.
What's the difference between free and Round+?
Free-tier buyers pay a percentage-based Safety & Platform Fee. Round+ members pay one flat $1.49 fee per trade and can earn and spend Neighbor Points.
How do I cancel Round+?
Cancel any time from the SwapRound app. Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is it safe to meet up with a stranger?
See our Safety page for what we check and what to check yourself before meeting up.
What can't I list?
Recalled products, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, age-inappropriate content, and counterfeit goods aren't allowed. See our Terms for the full list.
